What will I need to use the service?

Some services will require you to print a label but if you don’t have a printer then don’t fret as we also offer a UK Parcelforce service which doesn’t need a printer.
Can I drop my parcel off?
If you don’t want to wait in for a collection, you can get on with your day by dropping your parcel off. Most of our carriers offer the ability to drop parcels at a location close to your UK address. Parcelforce can be dropped at your local Post Office. DPD and UPS can be dropped off at selected supermarkets, newsagents and shops.
Can I have my parcel collected?
All domestic services have the option of a collection from your home or UK based business. There’s always a free collection option available and this is included in the price. Some couriers like UPS charge a supplement for a same day collection but this will be displayed in the service summary so you can easily compare prices.
