Looking to compare parcel delivery options? Just follow these steps to find the best shipping options available:
Firstly, fill out our order form with some basic information about the parcel size, weight, and where its journey starts and ends.
Once you’ve submitted these details you’ll be shown all the couriers available to take your package. Various information will be shown here, including prices, estimated delivery times, and whether or not a printer is required.
When you select your chosen service, you’ll be asked for some more detailed information. As well as address details, we’ll also need to know a little more about the package itself; what does it contain, and how much is it worth? You’ll have the option to purchase additional parcel protection at this point.
Once all your details are submitted we’ll ask you to log in to your ParcelBroker account, or to create one. Don’t worry, this takes less than a minute, and it means all your important communications will be in one place. Even better, it means you’ll start collecting Parcel Points straight away, helping you save more in the future.
You’ll be shown a final summary of your order for confirmation. You’ll be asked how you prefer to pay, and asked to submit payment. Do bear in mind that if you want a parcel collected on the same day, payment will usually need to be completed by 10 a.m.
