International Pallet Delivery

If you’re going to be importing or exporting beyond the EU, you’ll need to apply for an EORI number before scheduling any deliveries. We’ll help deal with the paperwork when sending abroad, but your company will need to be properly registered in order to avoid delays. We also recommend that you follow our pallet preparation guidelines to ensure no damage occurs during transit, and that no additional fees are incurred.

If the UK leaves the EU without a trade agreement on the 29th of March 2019, an EORI will also be required to send goods to EU countries.

International Large & Heavy Parcel Delivery

Sending a big package that’s too small for a pallet? Large and heavy parcels of up to 50kg can be sent through our online booking form, with generous allowances for large packages. International deliveries can be sent with a maximum single-side dimension of up to 2.74m.
