What other surcharges might there be?

Surcharges may apply for non-standard delivery, or specific areas of the UK.  Here's a list of some surcharges that could apply.  You should let our agents know if you need any extras.

Waiting time exceeded (first 30 mins loading included for Vans) £25 per hour

Will I need a printer?

No, same day couriers travel from your location directly to the destination on the same day.  This means once you hand your parcel over, the next time it will leave the vehicle is at the destination.  The delivery contact details and addresses are given to the drivers electronically, therefore there is no need to print routing labels.

How do I package my parcel?

Whilst your item won't be travelling on and off vehicles and through delivery networks, you should still ensure it's packaged well to avoid damages.  Our packaging guidelines can be found here.  Please ensure you also check our prohibited items list to ensure your goods can be accepted.

What is the maximum size shipment I can send?

All vehicles are manned by 1 driver, therefore for heavy, large and awkward loads, mechanical or physical assistance should be available at both pick up and delivery points.
