In order to meet your needs, we offer a wide range of drop-off, collection and delivery options. We can collect your parcel directly from home or place of work. Alternatively, you can drop it off at a branch of the Post Office® or one of our UK depots. For the delivery, you can opt to have your parcel delivered to a home address or a Post Office® branch or a depot close to the recipient’s address – simply choose the option which suits you best, and be confident that your package will be delivered with care and on time.

• In conjunction with ParcelForce Worldwide, ParcelBroker allows you to send parcels to most nations overseas, and choose from excellent value and flexible delivery options. Working alongside trusted partners, we have the necessary expertise to ensure that every delivery goes as smoothly as it should from door to door.

Our non-guaranteed international services - globalvalue and globaleconomy - are an exception, but other than locations that fall within these areas, if we fail to deliver in the guaranteed time, you can claim a proportionate or full refund of the cost of delivery.
